Japan Visa Assistance Regular

• Accomplish the forms.
•  (Assessment is within 24 hours upon submission)
• If your application is incomplete, we will contact you via email to advise on the missing documents that need to be submitted
• If COMPLETED, you may proceed to PAYMENT of the visa assistance fee.
• Once the assessment is approved, we will forward your application to the Embassy. Visa submission will be completed within three (3) working days upon receipt of payment and all required documents, provided there are no additional requirements
• Once approved, a copy of your visa will be sent to you.
• For denied application, you can re-apply after 6 months. No Refunds for the Visa Assistance fee.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Once your documents have been submitted to the embassy, no refund will be issued.
If you request a refund prior to embassy submission, please note that all payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. 

Visa denial by the embassy is not eligible for a refund, as our service fee covers assistance—not visa approval.
Payments made for rush processing, follow-ups, or additional services are non-refundable once initiated.
🔁 Rescheduling or Reapplication

If your travel plans change, we may offer free rescheduling of your application assistance within 30 days.
